TUBE BENDING IN MEDIUM AND LARGE RUNS
TUBEWORKX: SPECIALIST IN TUBE AND PIPE BENDING
We bend pipes with diameters from ø6 to ø76 mm in: whether steel, copper, stainless steel, RVS or aluminum pipes. With high accuracy, we can bend tubes to almost any shape according to our clients' specifications. This is done in our robotized and automated bending cells.
UNMANNED PRODUCTION AND MACHINING
Our production cells can produce unmanned. The tubes are supplied in straight lengths. After which they are bent and possibly calibrated. Then the ends are machined (given a specific shape). The product is then automatically checked for dimensional accuracy. A handling robot moves the tubes from the bending machine to the various processing machines. At the end of the cycle, the robot places the product in the appropriate bins. These bins are fed from a 5-meter-high tower. All this is done unmanned and 24/7. Furthermore, the bending machine has an automatic feed and discharge system.
FAST CYCLE TIMES
Tubeworkx uses the most modern bending cells available today. The supply of tubes cut to length and the removal of bent products is fully automatic. The bending cell features a combination of bending in up to four different radii on the same product.
SOLAR PRODUCTION LINE
For processing solar tubes, Tubeworkx has an automatic work cell. Within a few steps, the machine, provides the tubes with punch holes and the necessary pipe end processing. To remove oil residues and other contaminants, a washing installation is connected to the machine. After being processed, the products are automatically cleaned and dried so that the pipes are ready to be incorporated into the final product.
